Getting started
How do I create my first generation?+
Head to /dashboard/generate, drop in a prompt, pick a tone, and hit Generate. That's it.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?+
No — the Free plan is truly free, forever. Paid plans include a 7-day trial with no card up front either.
Can I import my old writing?+
Yes, via brand voices. Upload samples or paste them directly and ViziWrite will learn your style.
Billing & plans
How do I upgrade or downgrade?+
From /dashboard/billing, click Manage to open the Stripe portal. Changes are prorated automatically.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?+
Generations pause until the next billing cycle, or upgrade for instant extra capacity.
Do you offer refunds?+
You can request a refund within 3 days of a charge by emailing support@viziwrite.com. After 3 days, charges are non-refundable. If little or no word credits were used, we refund the purchase price minus payment processing fees, plus any tax collected on the refunded amount. Those processing fees are not refundable. If you already used credits, a refund may not apply — especially when a substantial portion of the paid words has been consumed. For yearly plans, we may issue a partial refund: we keep one month at the standard monthly price and refund the unused remainder of the year, minus processing fees. We do not prorate unused words on monthly plans or credit packs. See the Refund policy for the full rules. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Brand voices
How much writing do I need to create a voice?+
A few hundred words works. A few thousand is better. Quality matters more than volume.
Can my team share a brand voice?+
Yes — on Team and Enterprise plans, any voice can be shared across your workspace.
Are brand voices private?+
Always. We never train any model on your voice or drafts. Ever.
