Terms of service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Veloraz AI (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Veloraz.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

4. Content & ownership

You own everything you create with Veloraz. We claim no rights to your prompts, generations, or brand voices. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content strictly to operate the Service for you.

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of a charge; email us and we'll process it.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance at /status.

7. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
