Terms of service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ViziWrite (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use ViziWrite.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

4. Content & ownership

You own everything you create with ViziWrite. We claim no rights to your prompts, generations, or brand voices. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content strictly to operate the Service for you.

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Monthly plans are billed monthly. Yearly plans are billed annually in advance. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Canceling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund.

6. Refunds

You may request a refund within 3 days of a charge by emailing support@viziwrite.com. After 3 days, charges are non-refundable. The full Refund policy is also published separately and is part of these Terms.

Refunds depend on whether you used word credits after the charge:

• Unused credits: if little or no word credits were used, we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus payment processing fees, plus any tax collected on the refunded amount.
• Used credits: if you used word credits (monthly allotment or one-time credit packs), a refund may not be available. We may deny a refund when a substantial portion of the paid words has already been consumed.
• Partial refunds (yearly plans): if you request a refund within 3 days of an annual charge and you have already used a meaningful share of that month's word allotment, we may issue a partial refund. We retain one month at the standard monthly price for the equivalent plan and refund the unused remainder of the annual term, minus payment processing fees. Access ends when the refund is issued.
• Monthly plans and credit packs: if a substantial portion of the paid words has been used, the charge is generally non-refundable. We do not prorate unused words on monthly plans or credit packs.
• Payment processing fees: our payment provider charges a processing fee on each transaction. That fee is not refundable and is not included in any refund — full or partial. You receive the purchase price minus that fee, plus tax on the refunded amount. The processing fee is retained by the payment provider.

We may refuse refunds that appear abusive — for example, consuming most of a period's words shortly after payment and then requesting a refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on our status page.

8. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
