Privacy policy

The short version

We collect the minimum we need to run ViziWrite. We never sell your data. We never train models on your drafts. You can export or delete everything, anytime, in one click.

1. Information we collect

Account data. Name, email, profile image (if signed in via OAuth), and a hashed password if you use email + password.

Content you create. Prompts, generations, brand voices, and any draft you save. This is stored encrypted and is visible only to you and anyone you explicitly share with.

Usage data. Aggregate counts of generations and tokens for the purpose of enforcing plan limits and improving the product.

Device data. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and maintain ViziWrite
• To authenticate you and secure your account
• To bill you accurately and process refunds
• To send service emails (receipts, security alerts)
• To comply with legal obligations

3. What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Not to anyone, not for any price.
• We don't train AI models on your drafts or brand voices.
• We don't use your content for marketing without consent.

4. Subprocessors

We use a small set of vetted providers to deliver the service:

• Hosting & infrastructure (Vercel)
• Payment processing (Stripe)
• Transactional email delivery
• AI inference partners that power generation

A full, up-to-date list is available on request. We require each subprocessor to provide data protection terms consistent with this policy.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session, plus a minimal set of privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate product usage. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't sell cookie data. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Data retention

Account data and content are kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes all associated data within 30 days.

7. Children

ViziWrite is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, consistent with our Terms of Service. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
